Appointments can be booked online through Fresha, or made in person.

Online bookings are subject to availability. Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or cancellation.

Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 3 hours' notice.

Payment is taken in-store via approved payment methods.

Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

All payments must be made in full at the time of service unless arranged otherwise.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.

Expiry dates apply as stated on the card or receipt.

Services: We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you're unsatisfied, please raise your concern with us within 24 hours of your visit.

Products: Unused products in original condition may be exchanged or returned within 7 days with proof of purchase. We do not accept returns on opened or used products due to hygiene reasons.
